The Campaign
Filmed in the historic center of Palermo by acclaimed director Giuseppe Tornatore, the film captures the intensity of an encounter destined to leave a mark: as Maya Jama strolls through the sunlit streets of the city, her eyes meet those of Michele Morrone, igniting an instant connection. Extending her hand, she forges an enduring bond.
Together, they wander through the vibrant colours and scents of the market, but Maya suddenly disappears, leaving behind a silent promise. During a solemn procession, Michele searches through the crowd, his heart filled with devotion, seeking that elusive figure who has now become a symbol of mystery and a waking dream.
Music and stunning visuals capture the essence of a fragrance built on contrasts and dualities, inspired by an intense and passionate masculine spirit. “Its power lies in its versatility,” says actor Michele Morrone in an interview during the campaign shoot.
“Devotion for Men is a fragrance that accompanies me through every moment of the day”.
“In summer, I used to spend time with my father at a café in Sicily. I would watch the people around us ordering coffee and adding small lemon peels, twisting them into their cups.”
It was from this vibrant and deeply personal vision that the renowned master perfumer Olivier Cresp drew inspiration to craft a unique essence. The intense notes of Coffee, harmonized with the citrus brilliance of Lemon and the enveloping depth of Patchouli, compose an olfactory symphony that narrates tales of devotion, love, and Mediterranean tradition.
The silhouette of the fragrance, a symbol of style and sophistication, echoes the design of Devotion Eau de Parfum, its feminine counterpart. Inside glows a golden essence, encased in a bottle adorned with a silver Sacred Heart, one of the most iconic symbols of the Dolce&Gabbana universe. Completing this exquisite creation is a silver cap, rich with evocative details that narrate the unmistakable Sicilian scenery depicted in the campaign.
Devotion for Men Parfum
Bold and distinctive, the new fragrance created by master perfumer Olivier Cresp opens with an aromatic Lavender accord that blends with the intensity of Coffee—an ingredient that links the new Parfum to the original Devotion.
At the base, a warm Amber-Woody blend reveals the depth of Tonka Bean, Madagascan vanilla, Guaiac Wood, and Oakmoss, creating a magnetic trail that lingers.
